It was from this awareness that Impactio’s work took shape, alongside an Italian company specializing in the production of cutting machines, rewinders, and customized solutions for the packaging industry.

The goal? To position itself effectively in the heart of complex and competitive foreign markets, through a solid identity and the right tools to convey it.

Our intervention

We built a structured, progressive action plan capable of aligning image, communication, and commercial relations with a clear and ambitious international positioning strategy. Every activity was carefully planned and scheduled to ensure consistency and continuity over time.

Our support covered several levels:

  • development of targeted and phased communication plans, consistent with the company’s values and identity;
  • direct relationships with selected customers in the target markets, to create authentic and lasting connections;
  • active support in initial commercial contacts, helping the company present itself with confidence, expertise, and personality.

At the same time, we worked on the company’s image, supporting the move to a new, modern headquarters designed to welcome customers and highlight technical expertise through an always‑accessible, fully equipped Open House.
