In the post‑Covid period, the disruption of global logistics put at risk the entire supply chain of a major Maghreb operator.

Delays, container shortages, and tensions in the Suez Canal had interrupted the supply of solvents for food packaging from long‑standing Arab and Chinese suppliers.

Production continuity was on the line. In this critical context, Impactio was brought in with a clear and urgent goal: to find a new, reliable, fast, and qualified European source.

Our intervention

Although we had no prior direct experience with that specific product, we quickly activated our network to identify an Italian manufacturer capable of meeting the Maghreb client’s technical and logistical requirements.

Our role was twofold: on one hand, selecting and validating an industrial partner that could guarantee quality, flexibility, and production capacity; on the other, facilitating communication between the two parties, translating specific needs into practical and rapid solutions.
