A major Maghreb operator in the childcare sector turned to us several years ago to tackle a strategic challenge: identifying reliable, certified Italian suppliers to launch the first national diaper production line.

The goal was not only technical but also commercial and logistical: ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with European regulations in a context characterized by high demands and complex dynamics.

We selected a highly specialized Italian manufacturer of polyethylene film, capable of meeting the required specifications.

Our role went far beyond simply connecting supply and demand: we supported the supplier in positioning itself within a selected network of Italian companies, enhancing its visibility through targeted marketing strategies.

During the Covid‑19 crisis, we also activated new strategic connections in Eastern Europe, safeguarding the manufacturer’s commercial growth even in a critical period. Our support ensured operational and relational continuity, strengthening the connection between all parties involved.
